Walking the South West Coast Path in Devon and Dorset and Cornwall Coast Path Fowey and Polruan

This is a circular walk starting at the car ferry in Fowey

It is easier to drive in from the main Lostwithiel St Austell road and park in the signposted car park above the village. We went over the car ferry to Bodinnick, then up the path to Mixtow. Follow the small lane past Lombard Farm, then go down to look at

You have to come back up to the fork in the paths to go past Colquite and back down to Penpoll Creek again

We then walked up to Lantegloss Highway to take the track past Trevecca farm down to a peaceful wooded valley just before Trethake Mill. Looking back at a glimpse of Penpoll Creek from Lantegloss.
